หลักการใช้ In On At

หลักการใช้ AT,ON,IN เบื้องต้น

At แปลว่า ที่, ณ จะใช้ at เมื่อเฉพาะเจาะจงสถานที่แน่นอน หรือใช้กับช่วงเวลา จุดเวลา

ตัวอย่าง

Security checks have become really strict at the airport.

She works on the checkout at the local supermarket.

On แปลว่า บน ที่ จะใช้ on เพื่อแสดงบางอย่างที่สามารถเคลื่อนไหว จับต้องได้ หรือเป็นการโชว์ ทั้งแนวตั้งและแนวนอน

ตัวอย่าง

A hovercraft travels on a cushion of air.

Don’t put your elbows on the table.

นอกจากนี้ On ยังใช้กับเวลา

ชื่อวันของสัปดาห์  : On Sunday.

วันพิเศษ On Father’s day.
